I found the receptionist very helpful and professional, made check-in smooth. the staff were very friendly and approachable, i could even share a few jokes. they also accommodated my requests quickly. the room was a pleasant surprise. I found it a really nice size with a good shower.

The hotel offers close proximity to the city center, yet it's located on a fairly quiet stretch of road. free guest parking is available. I did not have to worry about finding a space.

The hotel has modern interior touches and the team provides good communication through the app. i also liked that when i requested a hairdryer, it was provided promptly. the hotel is recently refurbished and offers free parking for all guests. I found this very handy.

My room included a kettle and a fridge. Rooms even have a microwave! the room looked recently refurbished, with a new bathroom installed. the double bed was comfortable, allowing me to get a great night's sleep, which i appreciated.

i did not get to try the breakfast because the kitchen was being refurbished . however, the room had a cute breakfast area with a microwave, so i could prepare my own meals. the fridge and freezer were very convenient too.

the room smelled strongly of cigarettes, really unpleasant. the entrance had people hanging out and smoking. i had to walk through their smoke just to get inside.

The receptionist was really friendly , and she told me a bit about the hotel's history. Our room was ready early , so we could drop our bags and head to our event. There was a cute breakfast area. a fridge and freezer , on longer stays.
The room smelled like an ash tray. The receptionist did not seem enthusiastic about working , and this made me uncomfortable.
